Terms of Service
Last updated: today
By using BillCheck you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What BillCheck is
BillCheck is a self-help tool. It analyzes a medical bill you upload and produces an audit and a draft dispute letter. It is not a law firm, medical billing advocate, insurance broker, or healthcare provider. It does not give legal, medical, or financial advice.
What BillCheck is not
- We do not negotiate on your behalf.
- We do not contact your provider, insurer, or any third party for you.
- We do not guarantee any specific reduction, refund, or outcome.
AI limitations
BillCheck uses AI. AI systems can make mistakes — including misreading numbers, misidentifying codes, or misstating laws. You are responsible for verifying every figure and claim in the generated audit and letter against your actual bill before sending anything to anyone. By using BillCheck you acknowledge this.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the audit did not produce actionable findings or you're otherwise unhappy, email support@billcheck.app within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked. See our refund policy for details.
Acceptable use
You may only upload bills that belong to you or that you have permission to submit. Don't upload bills that contain other people's protected information unless you have authority to do so.
Limitation of liability
BillCheck is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this URL.
