We want you to feel confident using BillCheck. If you're not happy with your audit, we'll refund you.
How it works
- 7-day window. Email support@billcheck.app within 7 days of purchase.
- No questions asked. Tell us your Stripe receipt number (it starts with
cs_). We'll process the refund within 3 business days. Funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. - One refund per customer. The guarantee covers your first audit. Subsequent purchases are final, but reach out if something goes wrong and we'll do right by you.
What we'll always refund
- The audit didn't produce any actionable findings.
- Our analysis was clearly inaccurate.
- The system failed and you didn't receive an audit.
